Executive Secretary Paquito “Jojo” Ochoa said that November 2 (All Soul’s Day) has not been declared a holiday.
In previous years, November 2 was declared a holiday, as part of the former administration’s “holiday economics”.
This year, November 2, which falls on a Wednesday, remains a regular working day.
”The President did not sign any proclamation,” Ochoa said.
