At 11:00 a.m. today, Bagyong Ramon has maintained its strength and slightly accelerated as it continues to move Northwestward.

Bagyong Ramon is estimated based on satellite and surface data at 195 km West Northwest of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro (13.2°N, 119.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and is moving Northwest at 15 kph.

Friday morning: 310 km West of Iba, Zambales

Saturday morning: 620 km West of Iba, Zambales or at 620 km West Southwest of Laoag City

Residents in low lying and mountainous areas under Public Storm Warning Signal are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.

Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 25 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 300 km diameter of Bagyong Ramon.
