Tropical Storm Quiel - PAGASA Weather Update September 29, 11 a.m.

At 11:00 a.m. today, Tropical storm "QUIEL" has slightly intensified as it continues to move westward.

Tropical storm Quiel is estimated based on satellite and surface data at 1,150 kms East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.3°N, 133.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 140 kph and is moving West at 13 kph.

No public storm signal raised.
