Bagyong Pedring: Severe Weather Bulletin Number 14, issued at 5:00 a.m., Wednesday, 28 September 2011
At 5:00 a.m. today, Bagyong "PEDRING" continues to move west northwest and still affecting Western Luzon.
Bagyong "Pedring" is estimated based on satellite and surface data at 300 km Northwest of Baguio City (17.8°N, 117.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph and is moving West Northwest at 19 kph .

WEATHER FORECAST
Wednesday afternoon: 500 km Northwest of Baguio City
Public Storm Warning Signals elsewhere are now lowered.
Residents in low lying and mountainous areas under Public Storm Warning Signals are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides. Likewise, those living in coastal areas are alerted against big waves or storm surges generated by this tropical cyclone.
Estimated rainfall amount is from 15 - 25 mm per hour within the 600 km diameter of the typhoon.
Typhoon Pedring will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon and will bring scattered to widespread rains over Southern Luzon and Western Visayas.
