Update! Update! As of this writing, the infamous video titled "CALL CENTER DISGRACE SHAN CRUZ RIVERA! PLEASE SHARE THIS TO EVERYONE!" is already in "private" and cannot be seen. Same goes with Shan Cruz Rivera's FB page which is now deleted. However, YouTube user filipjapman re-uploaded the same copy of video plus another video of the same person was put available by YouTube user MrKupido2010 for us to further validate how disgusting this Shan Cruz Rivera is. The above YouTube video, uploaded by esidesolutions on December 18, showing a certain call center agent named Shan Cruz Rivera making fun of a caller by asking a ridiculous dumb questions is fast getting attention on social networking sites.
Many, especially those in the BPO industry, are totally against this act that might put the whole call center industry in the county at risk.
Even well-known personality like Direk Joey Reyes said his piece on Rivera's behavior (as posted by Jove Francisco on his FB account):

If he hates his job, he should have resigned and enjoy his life outside the industry. I wonder what security measures does the BPO company implement on the floor. Cameras or phones are never allowed on the production floor."
