Twilight Saga: Eclipse and The Last Airbender Lead Razzies Awards 2011 Nominees

The nominees for 2010's worst film and actors were announced last January 24 with some big names and hit movies in Hollywood getting some undesirable recognition.

Razzies Awards' overachiever for the year are the hit movies Twilight Saga: Eclipse and The Last Airbender. Both film raked nine nominations. Worst Picture, Worst Screenplay, Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel, Worst Actor for Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner and Worst Actress Kristen Stewart goes to Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

Meanwhile, The Last Airbender will battle Twilight Saga: Eclipse in the Worst Picture and Worst Screenplay categories and its other nods include M. Night Shyamalan being in the running to be crowned Worst Director.

The movie will also challenge Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, Clash of the Titans, The Nutcracker in 3D and Saw 3D for a new prize, the Worst Eye-Gouging Misuse of 3-D.

The category has been created to reflect Hollywood's current obsession to make movies in 3-D following the success of Avatar.
