Hollywood's most influential couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly visiting Manila to grace the 16th French Film Festival in the country which Pitt's latest film "The Tree of Life" is going to be screened as the closing film.
Though, the news is not confirmed, Wilson Yuloque of Pioneer Films, the local distributor of Pitt's movie, is positive that it is true since Pitt is also the producer of the said movie.
“We can invite him to come here for the festival. He's the producer so he's excited and he wants more people to see the movie.
“[Pitt] coming here to the Philippines, you know, it's gonna make the Asian territory more interested in his work," Yuloque said.
Pioneer Films also revealed that they are under negotiations with Pitt’s camp for the actor to personally promote the movie in the country.
