Lamar Odom's NBA career is in a complicated situation now that there are multiple reports about Lakers actively trying to trade him to Minnesota for the No. 2 overall pick in Thursday's draft.
However, there are talks that Minnesota asked instead for Pau Gasol or Andrew Bynum. Report also revealed that Bynum is untradeable, per Jim Buss' orders.
Sports Illustrated, meanwhile, reported that a deal could happen between L.A. and Philadelphia, with Odom going east and Andre Igoudala heading to the Lakers.
"It's unclear whether the deal has real potential or is still alive," wrote Sam Amick, who added that Ron Artest could potentially be packaged with Odom.
Yet, another report says the Lakers discussed a potential deal with the Golden State Warriors that would send Odom and Shannon Brown to Oakland and have Monta Ellis joining the Lakers.
Odom, who spent almost all of his NBA career with Los Angeles (four with the Clippers, seven with the Lakers) married LA native Khloe Kardashian in September 2009 and gets to star in his own reality show.
