Marian Rivera’s quest for vengeance against Glaiza de Castro further intensifies as her character plots new schemes to turn her world upside down in Temptation of Wife.

In the episodes this week, Chantal (Marian) and Heidi (Glaiza) face off in a make-up competition. In order to secure her victory, Heidi sabotages the models of Chantal. But Chantal wouldn’t let Heidi win so easily.

Marian Rivera Returns as a Vengeful Chantal in 'Temptation of Wife!'

Expect more shocking revelations and twists on GMA’s Temptation of Wife as the highly-anticipated return of Marian Rivera’s character as the feisty Chantal will be revealed in the episodes this week.

Avid viewers of the series will have more reasons to stay glued to their favorite primetime drama as the grand revelation and big comeback of Angeline (Marian) will finally happen. She transforms into a strong and cunning woman and will now be known as Chantal Gonzales.

The 2012 TV Series Craze Awards Winner: 'Temptation of Wife' is the Best TV Series Remake of 2012!

The Philippine adaptation of the hit Koreanovela "Temptation of Wife" emerged as this year's Best TV Series Remake of 2012 here in our very TV Series Craze Awards.

This year, GMA-7 launched different TV series remakes like "Temptation of Wife," "Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga," and "Coffee Prince." This three remakes battle in the said category. But still, the Marian Rivera starer won the battle!   

"Temptation of Wife" received an overall total votes of 40.64% beating "Coffee Prince" with 28.3% and "Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga" with 25.11%. Meanwhile, the remaining 5.96% was received by the "Others" choices which comprised by the nominees of the viewers!

"Temptation of Wife" marks the return of the Kapuso Primetime Quenn Marian Rivera in GMA Telebabad with Dennis Trillo and Rafael Rosellas her leading men and Glaiza De Castro as her antagonist. Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu is Jericho Rosales' Choice To Lead the Remake of 'Pangako Sa'yo!'

One of the remarkable and legendary TV series of ABS-CBN is "Pangako Sa'yo" which is led by Jericho Rosales and Kristine Hermosa and gave life to the characters of Amor Powers and Madam Claudia. And because this is a huge and another phenomenal hit, everyone is expecting to have its own remake!  

The lead star Jericho who played the character of Angelo is also excited to see a remake of the teleserye which paved way for them to rise in stardom! During his interview in the news program "Bandila," Echo revealed that if ABS-CBN will pursue the remake of his teleserye, he wants Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu to reprise the characters of Angelo and Yna. "Yeah, I'm a big fan of Kim and Gerald and I hope sa kanila mapunta 'ung role," Echo expressed!

"Pangako Sa'yo" was aired in the Kapamilya network 12 years ago. It ran for more than two years. But still, the said teleserye is airing in different part of the world creating a huge worldwide hit! "Grabe after 12 years hit pa din, may tigyawat pa 'ung mukha ko nang mga panahong 'yan," Echo added.

'Coffee Prince' Remake Teaser - Kris Bernal Plays the Role of a Prince!

Kapuso Primetime Princess Kris Bernal returns on Telebabad Primetime TV series. This is via the remake of the hit Koreanovela "Coffee Prince."

On the said TV series, Kris will play the character of a boy. She will give life to the character of Andy who will camouflage herself just to help her family.

This is the first time that Kris will portray the character of a boy. Her long hair needs to be cut in preparation to her new role.

Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal return as a love team in the upcoming GMA-7 remake of the hit Koreanovela "Coffee Prince!"

Aljur and Kris or popularly known as AlKris in a tandem is one of the most successful love teams  GMA-7 had produced. They were both products of the hit Kapuso artista search "Starstruck" way back in 2007.

Aljur and Kris as a love team already starred in different successful TV series like "All My Life," "Luna Mystica,," "Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin"  and "The Last Prince." 

 

 

After "The Last Prince" in 2010, Aljur and Kris separated ways and paired to different stars in other TV series. Kris even made a cameo role in Aljur's fantaserye "Machete" early last year.

Now Aljur and Kris reunited in another exciting Primetime TV series. They will give life to the characters of Arthur and Andy in Korean romance-comedy series "Coffee Prince."

'T.G.I.S.' Returns on TV, GMA-7 is Now Looking for Its New Cast Members!

GMA-7 is bringing back the hit 90's youth-oriented show "T.G.I.S" (Thanks God It's Saturday)!

The weekly teen show which created a milestone in Philippine television ran from August 12, 1995 to November 27, 1999 having two batches.

Well, can you still identify the main characters of the two batches of "T.G.I.S."?

T.G.I.S. Second Batch

The first batch which started in 1995 to 1997 gave rise to the stars namely Angelou De Leon, Bobby Andrews, Onemig Bondoc, Raven Villanueva, Rica Peralejo, Red Sternberg, Michael Flores, Bernadette Alysson and Jake Roxas.

The second batch which ran from 1997 to 1999 introduced another stars namely Dingdong Dantes, Antoinette Taus, Sunshine Dizon, Polo Ravales, Dino Guevarra, Maui Taylor, Aiza Marquez, Chubi Del Rosario and Anne Curtis.

The 4-year TV series was even brought in the movie. It won 3-awards and was put in the peak of stardom its lead casts. When the second batch of the show was introduced, the first batch starred in the show called "Growing Up!"

Now in 2012, the Kapuso station is bringing it back on TV. GMA-7 just held an audition today, September 13 at GMA Annex. The network is looking for 14-18 years old, male or female with pleasing personality, good looks and can sing, dance and act to be part of the new batch of T.G.I.S. stars.
