Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu is Jericho Rosales' Choice To Lead the Remake of 'Pangako Sa'yo!'

One of the remarkable and legendary TV series of ABS-CBN is "Pangako Sa'yo" which is led by Jericho Rosales and Kristine Hermosa and gave life to the characters of Amor Powers and Madam Claudia. And because this is a huge and another phenomenal hit, everyone is expecting to have its own remake!  

The lead star Jericho who played the character of Angelo is also excited to see a remake of the teleserye which paved way for them to rise in stardom! During his interview in the news program "Bandila," Echo revealed that if ABS-CBN will pursue the remake of his teleserye, he wants Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu to reprise the characters of Angelo and Yna. "Yeah, I'm a big fan of Kim and Gerald and I hope sa kanila mapunta 'ung role," Echo expressed!

"Pangako Sa'yo" was aired in the Kapamilya network 12 years ago. It ran for more than two years. But still, the said teleserye is airing in different part of the world creating a huge worldwide hit! "Grabe after 12 years hit pa din, may tigyawat pa 'ung mukha ko nang mga panahong 'yan," Echo added.   

If you'll to ask, do you also prefer Kim and Gerald to reprise the characters of Echo and Tin-tin in the remake of "Pangako Sa'yo"?! If not, who do you think will fit the respective roles?! 'If Only,' The Movie Inspiration of Kimerald's First Teleserye 'Sana Maulit Mulit' Airs This Sunday in Kapamilya Blockbuster!

The hit romantic Hollywood film "If Only" will capture your heart this Sunday morning as ABS-CBN airs its Tagalog version in Kapamilya Blockbuster.

Yup, this movie is the inspiration of the very first Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson's Primetime TV series "Sana Maulit Muli" which aired in Primetime Bida in 2007.

This movie stars Jennifer Love Hewitt and Paul Nicholls playing the characters of Samantha Andrews and Ian Wyndham.

In the story, the businessman Ian is living with his musician girlfriend Sam. They were having difficulties in their relationship. One night, the couple involves in a car accident causing the death of Sam!

After the tragic accident, the same thing repeats! What are happening in their previous life were repeated and Ian is set to correct the mistake to protect the only woman he loves from tragic death! In the end it was Ian who was the victim of the accident.

The story of this movie is very similar to Kimerald's "Sana Maulit Muli." The characters of Kim and Gerald were also the victims of the car accident. Kim died on the first turns of the story leaving Gerald alone. But the same things were repeated! Gerald knowing what will happen next also did everything to save Kim from unexpected death!

Erich Gonzales is also part of the teleserye playing the kontrabida of Kim. Michael De Mesa portrayed the clock master who monitored every action of Gerald!
