Yup, Kapamilya hunk actor Paulo Avelino is the November 2012 Cover guy of Men's Health magazine. Though he is not topless or half-naked just like his previous mag cover, Paulo is still hot and yummy on the said cover!

We may recall that last September, Paulo is the 2012 Cosmopolitan Cosmomen cover guy wherein he exposed his sexy abs and muscular body. But now in MH, he is still hot and gorgeous wearing a black shirt. Men's Health and Cosmopolitan were both under the Summit Media.
If I'm not mistaken, this November 2012 issue of MH magazine is Paulo's first cover for the said mag!
