Before the revelation of the actress to portray the new "Darna" in ABS-CBN, different names of Kapamilya actresses including Angel came out. Some of them were Cristine Reyes, Anne Curtis, Iza Calzado, KC Concepcion, Sarah Geronimo, K9im Chiu, and Jessy Mendiola. But among all of them, the name of Cristine Reyes was loudly heard to reprise the said character. Until finally, it was confirmed that it's Angel!Now that Angel Locsin is ABS-CBN's newest "Darna" in a movie, who do you think will play the character of her main villain Valentina?! How about her little brother Ding?! We'll wait and see!
Meanwhile the playdate of this exciting heroine movie is not yet reveal. Preferably, it will be shown early next year since Angel is also set to conquer the 2012 Metro Manila Film Festival via her movie with Dingdong Dantes!
