Singing Royalties Martin Nievera, Pops Fernandez, and Husband Ogie Alcasid Join Regine Velasquez in 'Sarap Diva!'

 

 

Four of the countries OPM singing royalties reunited in another exciting episode of the hit morning cooking show "Sarap Diva." Martin Nievera, Pops Fernandez, Ogie Alcasid, and of course Regine Velasquez spread music and love in the episode called "The Riotous Foursome!" 

This is actually the very first time of these four singers to come together in one TV show not related to singing, concert, or variety show. But indeed, they will jammi'n in terms of cooking! 

And of course, this is also the first time that you will see them not singing. Instead, they will share to us their talent in cooking.

Well, what do you think will be the menus to be served by Martin and Pops?! And do you think that Ogie will cook the favorite food of his wife Regine?!

Aljur Abrenica and Gardo Versoza: Two 'Machetes' Cooking in 'Sarap Diva' Season 2!

For the first time, the two actors who portrayed the character of a legendary hunk statue "Machete" joined together in the hit cooking show "Sarap Diva." Aljur Abrenica and Gardo Versoza together with the comedianne Gladys Gueverra are Regine Velasquez' special guest in this Saturday's (January 5) episode of "Sarap Diva."  

Aljur played "Machete" in its TV series version in the early part of 2011 while Gardo portrayed the same role in a sexy movie in 1994 pairing him with Rosanna Roces. The two hunk actors will share their cooking skills and special menu to the Asia's Songbird. They will also open the exciting second season of the cooking show.

Luis Manzano To Break the Maya-Sir Chief Love Team in 'Be Careful with My Heart!'

Actor-host Luis Manzano is now part of ABS-CBN's hit daytime kilig-serye "Be Careful With My Heart" topbilled by the sensational love team of Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap. Luis portrays the role of James Ventura, the vice president for flight operations of Time Airways, the company where Maya (Jodi) works as an OJT (on-the-job trainee).

"I was very ecstatic when I learned that I'll join the show because I'm a fan of it to begin with," said Luis who is so excited to work with Jodi again. "Jodi is really my first partner in showbiz so it's a pleasure being able to work with her again."

When asked whether his character is off to break the Maya-Sir Chief love team, Luis simply answered, "Le'ts wait and see! But I hope you guys enjoy my character. We are all fans of the show."

'Be Careful with My Heart' Rewind Begins This Saturday!

Due to insistent public demand, the country's no. 1 daytime TV program topbilled by Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap will now be aired on Saturdays via "Be Careful With My Heart Rewind" that will premiere this September 15 before "It's Showtime."

"Be Careful With My Heart Rewind" will begin with the pilot episode of the hit 'kilig-serye' where viewers can rediscover the beginning of the unique love story of Yaya Maya (Jodi) and Mr. Lim (Richard).

"This is the first time that a TV program airs a replay every Saturday," said Jodi. "We offer this to everyone who cannot watch 'Be Careful With My Heart' every morning because they're busy with their work and school. We hope that we can share them the joy and the good vibes that the morning audience enjoy."

Aside from the momentous "Be Careful With My Heart Rewind," another special gift that the show has for their loyal supporters is the much anticipated release of the show's nine-track official soundtrack.

According to Richard, "Be Careful With My Heart Album" is special not only to their fans but to him and Jodi themselves. "We both love music and singing but we never dreamt of being recording artists," he shared. "This is special to us because aside from the fact that it's our first album, we really worked hard for this because we want the people who'll buy the album to be happy with the songs and how we sang them, and not just because we're part of it."

Jodi added that avid viewers will surely relate with all the tracks of the album. "Everytime they'll listen to it, they'll remember the romantic moments of Sir Chief and Maya," said Jodi.

The tracklist of "Be Careful With My Heart Album" include: 'Be Careful With My Heart' and 'When You Say Nothing At All' which are both duets by Jodi and Richard; 'Kaba' and 'Torete' sund by Jodi; 'When You Say Nothing At All,' 'The Way You Look Tonight,' and 'Sorry Na, Pwede Ba?' by Richard; 'I'll Be There' by Aiza Seguerra; and a bonus track of 'Be Careful With My Heart' sung by Juris and Sam Milby.
