 ABS-CBN's highly anticipated drama series "May Isang Pangarap," topbilled by Carmina Villarroel, Vina Morales and two of Kapamilya network's newest child wonders Larah Claire Sabroso and Julia Klarisse Base, will finally premiere this Monday (January 21), 2:45pm, after "It's Showtime."

In the series, afternoon viewers will discover the touching stories of two talented kids Larah (Larah Claire) and Julia (Julia Klarisse), who will both use their gift of singing to reach their dreams.

It will also unravel the secrets of Nessa (Carmina) and Kare (Vina) whose lives will be intertwined by their daughters.

Lovi Poe's "Yesterday's Bride" Conquers Nationwide TV Ratings!

Yesterday’s Bride (YB) topbilled by GMA’s most in-demand actress Lovi Poe with Rocco Nacino consistently outscores the programs of the rival network since it aired last October 29.

Based on National Urban TV Audience Measurement (NUTAM) overnight ratings gathered by the more widely recognized TV ratings supplier, Nielsen TV Audience Measurement, Yesterday’s Bride marked an average household tv rating of 14.8% and ruled over its counterpart program Angelito: Ang Batang Yugto which only garnered an average of 8.6% from October 29 to December 15, 2012.

For the period December 17, 2012 to January 11, 2013, YB beats rival network’s newly aired program MMK Klasiks. YB registered a commanding average tv rating of 14.8% while the competing program only scored an average of 8.1%.

YB was also consistently ahead of competitors in the viewer-rich areas of Mega Manila and Urban Luzon proving that the Kapuso network is undoubtedly the undisputed cradle of superior quality afternoon dramas.

'Magdalena' Airs Its Explosive Finale This Friday!

 

Viewers of the GMA afternoon drama MAGDALENA can look forward to more explosive plot twists and big confrontations as the series airs its final episodes this week.

Now down to its last three days (January 16-18), Bela Padilla’s character is finally free from the wicked hands of Baron (Ryan Eigenmann) after surviving her near-death confrontation with the man who abused, and ruined her life.

As Lena starts a new life, she is torn between the two most important men who never left during her ordeal: Abel (Dion Ignacio) and Jet (Pancho Magno). She is still in love with Abel but Jet is very persistent to win her heart. Who will Lena choose in the end?

Meanwhile, Carol’s (Pauleen Luna) secret that Abel is not the real father of her son is finally out. Abel is relieved and tells Lena that he will pursue her again. Does Abel deserve a second chance at love with Lena? Should Lena take back Abel and rekindle their romance?
