Janelle Manahan Believes Ramona Bautista Uploaded the Ramgen-Janelle Video
Janelle Manahan's lawyer Atty. Argee Guevarra said that they suspect Ramgen's sister Ramona “Mara” Bautista who is now in hiding as the culprit in the uploading of the sex video of their client and murdered actor Ram Revilla that feast the eyes of netizens lately.
“Batay sa aming pagmo-monitor noong pumutok ang sex video at in-upload ito sa YouTube, ang mga IP addresses umano ay galing pang Europa. At alam naman natin kung sino sa pamilya Bautista ang nasa Europa ngayon. Walang iba kundi si Mara Bautista,” Atty. Guevarra said on his interviw with "The Buzz" on Sunday, January 8.
Aside from Ramona, another Bautista sibling, Gail Furuyama, is implicated in the circulation of the controversial video. Atty. Luke Espiritu, another lawyer of Janelle’s, noted YouTube user gillespiegen created on November 9, 2011, as a name which he said “can easily be equated [to] ‘Gail spying on Ramgen.’”
“May mga YouTube account na na-create bago pa kumalat ang sex video. Ginamit lang precisely for the purpose of spreading the sex video,” Atty. Espiritu also said.
Janelle’s camp is resolute on filing a criminal case vs. the Bautistas for allegedly violating Republic Act 9995, or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009, which is incidentally authored by Ramgen’s half-brother, Senator Bong Revilla, Jr.
