The 2012 TV Series Craze Awards Winner: "Ngayon at Kailanman," the OST of 'Ina Kapatid Anak' is the 2012 Best TV Series Theme Song!

"Ngayon at Kailan," a classic OPM hit love song originally performed by Basil Valdez is the theme song of the No. 1 Primetime TV series today, "Ina Kapatid Anak." The new version which is used in the teleserye is done by Ariel Rivera. And this theme song emerged as the 2012 Best TV Series Theme Song here in our very own TV Series Craze Awards.

The song vested the other teleserye theme songs like "Nag-Iisang Bituin" (Princes and I), "Hanggang sa Dulo ng Walang" (Walang Hanggan), and "After All" (A Beautiful Affair) which took the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th spots respectively!

"Ngayon at Kailanman" accumulated an overall percentage votes of 89.29%, a figure too far from its contenders!

Ariel Rivera who gives a new life to this classic OPM hit is also one of the lead stars of the teleserye playing the father of Kim Chiu and Maja Salvador.    

Last year, we may recall that the theme song of "My Binondo Girl" called "Sino Ako" sung by Regine Velasquez grabbed the title for this category! And it's good to note that the said teleserye is also a Kim Chiu starrer!

'After All' - A Beautiful Music Video of 'A Beautiful Affair' OST Featuring Martin Nievera and Vina Morales!

The newest Primetime Bida teleserye "A Beautiful Affair" even got a beautiful theme song. This is "After All" performed by the country's two of the OPM icons Martin Nievera and Vina Morales. 

The song was originally performed by Peter Cetera and Cher which hit the airwaves in the early 90's. In the OST, Martin and Vina made their very own rendition of the song. It was full of emotion and inspiration which keeps the listeners falling in love with it. Gerard Salonga and his ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra collaborated with Vina and Martin giving new life to the classic love song.

Piolo Pascual Sings the Theme Song of the Upcoming ABS-CBN Drama-Fantaserye, 'Little Champ!'

The theme song of the newest drama-fantaserye of ABS-CBN, “Little Champ” sang by singer/actor Piolo Pascual entitled, “Kung Kailangan Mo Ako”, will be heard first at “ASAP 2012” this Sunday (September 9).

Its music video will also be played simultaneously on MYX, Cinema One and DZMM Teleradyo while playing on Tambayan and My Only Radio (MOR) in regional areas.

According to Piolo, the theme song is very special because it’s the first teleserye that has a recorded live performance of the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra and it’s a first for him as well. “When they said that I will be accompanied by a live orchestra, the first of its kind, I got very excited because we’re pioneering it. I’m so happy to be given this opportunity. This is a milestone for me,” said Piolo.

Having an orchestra play for a TV show isn’t ordinary, said Gerard Salonga, conductor of the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra. “This is the first teleserye in our country to be accompanied by a live orchestra. For a TV show to have such music, this means that ABS-CBN really strives to give its viewers only high quality shows.”

The creators of the new drama-fanstaserye, “Little Champ” said that they chose the song, “Kung Kailangan Mo Ako” as it fits the teleserye’s heroic theme.
