The 2012 TV Series Craze Awards Winner: 'City Hunter' is the 2012 Asianovela of the Year!

Korean heartthrob Lee Min Ho made a great comeback in the Philippine TV series world this year via the action-drama "City Hunter." And his teleserye emerged as the 2012 Asianovela of the Year here in our very own TV Series Craze Awards.   

"City Hunter" got an overall percentage votes of 31.15% beating the other ABS-CBN Asianovelas namely "Dream High" with 20.61% placing second and "Two Wives"with 14.99% placing third.

Because of the success of "City Hunter," the series was replayed in the afternoon block as one of the Kapamilya Gold line-ups. 

Even the lead star Lee Min Ho visited the country for his newest endorsement of a local clothing brand.

Last year, it was another Kapamilya Primetime Koreanovela "Pure Love" who snatched the title!

After the success of "City Hunter" which is ABS-CBN's first action Koreanovela offering for 2012, another hit Korean Action-Drama is set to conquer the daytime block!

The Kapamilya network will bring us “Equator Man,” the highly-acclaimed top-rating action-drama Korean series of 2012!

The TV series follows the story of a man who went to coma after being betrayed and beaten by his bestfriend. After waking up from coma of 13 years, he embarks on a quest to the find the reason of his father’s death and take revenge to the all the people who wronged him.

The Koreanovela stars Uhm Tae-Woong (Sassy Girl Chun Hyang, Queen Seondeok) and Lee Joon-Hyuk (I Am Legend, City Hunter). Also in the series are Lee Hyun-Woo (To The Beautiful You) and Siwan of the K-Pop group ZE:A. This is another great hit from KBS network.
