'Cake Boss' Cast Member Remigio Gonzalez Charged in The Morris S&#ual Assault Case

32 year-old Remigio "Remy" Gonzalez who is a former cast member of TV show "Cake Boss" will be arraigned by Superior Court Judge Stuart Minkowitz in Morris County courtroom on June 15, 2011 on charges of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl.

Remy was indicted on April 21 by a Morris County Grand Jury with three counts of aggravated sexual assault, which carries a possible maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. He also is charged with another 12 counts that include child endangerment, sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual contact, all references to levels of alleged abuse by Remy of the girl in Hoboken, East Hanover and Florham Park between July 1, 2009, and March 8, 2010.

According to court records, a police investigation began after the victim reported to relatives last August that Gonzalez abused her.

Remy was arrested last August 2010 and has not been able to post his $300,000 bail to be freed from the county jail.

When asked for statement, Remy's lawyer Daniel S. Kratka revealed that his client has asked him not to make any statements for now to the media.

27-year-old "The Bachelorette" star Ashley Hebert eliminated her first seven suitors during Monday night's premiere broadcast of the ABC reality dating series.

"I'm really, really excited about this, and I'm trying to contain my excitement right now. I know that we're going to have a great journey together, so thank you for taking the time out of your lives to be here. I hope you guys are happy that it's me," Ashley said at the beginning of the season's first Rose Ceremony.

"I am looking for something very specific, and I've seen so many qualities that I want in a man within a lot of you. But unfortunately, tonight, I won't be able to allow everyone to stick around. Just know that from the bottom of my heart, I will miss all of you guys and I wish you the best."

Pilipinas Got Talent: DJP Trio and Buildex Make It To PGT Grand Finals

The ninth and tenth grand finalists of the country’s number one talent-reality show “Pilipinas Got Talent” have been named in the results night held last Sunday, May 29.

DJP Trio from Negros Occidental automatically qualifies for the grand finals by garnering the highest votes.




Buildex from Davao, on the other hand, came in second place while Kenny Padilla from Baguio City came in third. The judges chose Buildex to advance in the finals against Kenny Padilla.

After 12 Years of Waiting, Mother Wins Jeepney in 'Happy Yipee Yehey'

Long wait is over. After several years of falling in line in various Kapamilya noontime shows, Veronica Hayahay, a mother of five from Batasan Hills, Quezon City, finally made it to "Happy Yipee Yehey!'s" (HYY) Pera O Bayong and luckily won a brand new jeepney, the game's jackpot prize, Saturday.
